My painting practice uses abstraction and mixed media to map the internal experience of trudging through contemporary anxiety.
In Earth Womb I used plastic wrap pressed into wet paint to build a mottled, cavern-like texture — rust and blood-red pooling into a curved resting place, a small teal form tucked inside like something still forming or protected, even amid roughness.
