  • Final Sale: To protect the integrity of the artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Commissioned Pieces: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for custom work; final pieces are ineligible for return.
  • Damaged Items: If your art arrives damaged, please email cruh.art@gmail.com with photos of the art and packaging within 72 hours so we can process an insurance claim and refund for you.
